If you are not a SavingsCentral Trade Ally, this is the first document to read. This PDF will help you understand how you can use our programs to help your business grow.
This is a PDF document for contractors who understand the SavingsCentral programs and want to participate as Trade Allies. Trade Allies agree to 1) install energy efficiency equipment that meets or exceeds the energy efficiency standards of the program, and 2) perform quality installations.
Resources for existing Trade Allies
The Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) rates the efficiency of appliances. The ARI reference number, also known as the AHRI reference number, proves that equipment meets the energy efficiency standards of SavingsCentral programs. The ARI certified reference number is the first number listed on the certificate of products rating. This is the link to the AHRI web site.

What does it mean to be BPI certified?
Trade Allies certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) earn an incentive for each qualified energy efficiency installation. Visit the BPI web site to learn more about the principles of building science and the whole-home approach to contracting. This site also lists upcoming training.
