Electric
The Home Energy SavingsCentral Program offers rebates of up to $600 on energy efficient equipment. This is for residential electric customers who upgrade their cooling systems with specific types of energy efficient equipment, such as central air conditioners, central air-source heat pumps, geothermal heat pumps, and programmable thermostats. Refer to the rebate form for rebate levels or see the table below. (We consider a ductless split system to be a central air conditioner, so these are eligible if they meet the energy efficiency requirements.)
You must use a SavingsCentral Trade Ally to qualify for SavingsCentral rebates. Residential Trade Allies are listed here. Please use this

An online energy audit for your home. This home Energy SaverTM calculator helps consumers identify the best ways to save energy in their homes, and find the resources to make the savings happen. This calculator was the first Internet-based tool for calculating energy use in residential buildings. Since each home is unique, an in-home audit by a BPI-certified contractor is the best way to find ways to save. But this calculator has proven to be helpful for many users. Individual results will vary. The project has been sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy, as part of the national ENERGY STAR Program for improving energy efficiency in homes, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development's PATH program, and other agencies and cooperatives.
